In ARC Raiders, a residential building can offer shelter, useful loot, and a moment to regroup, but every doorway also narrows your options. Players looking for ARC Raiders BluePrints should treat the route out as part of the trip in, especially when nearby movement suggests the building is already contested.
Read the Building Before Entering
Pause outside long enough to identify more than one possible exit. A ground-floor door may be the quickest way in, while a window or second doorway could provide a better escape if the first route becomes unsafe. Check the surrounding street and nearby cover before committing.
Choose an entry that lets you reach cover without crossing an exposed room. Once inside, avoid drifting from room to room simply because each doorway is open. Keep track of the way you came and listen for movement that could change your route.
A quiet building is not necessarily an empty one. Spend a moment near cover to listen before moving deeper, and avoid lingering in doorways where you can be seen from several directions.
Keep Stairs and Interior Spaces Manageable
Stairwells connect multiple floors, making them easy places to lose track of threats. Approach from cover, check the visible landing, and avoid standing where both the upper floor and the room behind you have a clear view. If you cannot account for both, move to a position that limits one angle before checking the other.
Inside rooms, furniture and solid walls can help break sight lines. Use them to move between protected positions rather than treating every object as reliable protection. Keep enough space to turn toward an exit, and avoid corners that leave you with only one narrow way out.
Going upstairs should have a purpose, whether you are checking a specific room or looking for another route. If the floor offers little cover and no clear exit, staying below may be the safer choice.
Leave Before the Position Closes
Imagine hearing footsteps upstairs just as another threat approaches from outside. Pushing toward the stairs risks meeting the upstairs player while leaving your back exposed to the entrance. Holding in the middle of the room is no better if both threats can see you.
Move behind an interior wall that blocks the stairwell, then assess the outside approach from cover. If a side door or reachable window leads away from both threats, use it to reposition. If that route is exposed, wait for a safer opening rather than rushing into view.
Good building play is less about holding every room and more about preserving choices. Even when searching for ARC Raiders Bps for sale or planning a loot run, keep your exit in mind and be ready to leave when the building no longer works in your favor.
